I purchased three bracelets but they were all too big for me. I got in touch with seller and informed her that I needed to return. The seller responded by offering me $5 to keep the jewelry. I told her that was unacceptable and I needed to exchange the jewelry and needed the return address. When I got to the UPS store to return the jewelry the charge was $175.00. I had not idea I was returning to London. Their refund policy states "eligible returns must be received within 30 days." Not being honest or withholding information is being deceptive. Beware don't buy from this store and if you do make sure you order the correct size. I am now stuck with bracelets I will never use.
